THE BRIQUET RESTAURANT

Traditional cuisine in an authentic setting.

As you enter the warm, friendly Le Briquet restaurant, you will notice the architecture of the Delloye colliery’s former sawmill, built in 1944 at the far end of the wood plantation. The wood used to support the galleries was cut in this building. You can also enjoy the Pierre Bachelet room, with its beautiful views over the wooded part of the site. The restaurant is named after the snack (“Le Briquet”) which the miners took underground with them.

The 250-seater Le Briquet restaurant is the ideal venue for your lunches and dinners (for groups of a minimum of 30 people). Choose from our various set menus and enjoy the traditional flavours of the Nord-Pas de Calais region.
