In March, the Mining History Centre achieved the national Tourism Quality label with a compliance rate of over 96% for the 237 criteria judged! All of the services it provides to the public were analysed: information and bookings, signs, the ticket office welcome, the visit, services such as the museum’s restaurant, store and café, the welcome provided for specific groups, the cultural programme, communication media, accessibility and sustainable development. This label represents a genuine acknowledgement of the Centre’s efforts throughout the year to ensure that visitors enjoy a quality experience.
